Job Description:

As a Telecaller at STAENZ Academy, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to provide quality education and training services. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with prospective students, parents, and other potential stakeholders via phone calls to promote our courses, address inquiries, and convert leads into enrollments. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to empowering students and professionals with valuable skills for their personal and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to individuals who have shown interest in STAENZ Academy’s courses through various channels, such as website inquiries, social media engagement, and other marketing activities.
  2. Lead Conversion: Engage potential students and parents in informative discussions about our courses, understand their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process to convert inquiries into enrollments.
  3. Course Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of STAENZ Academy’s courses to potential students, highlighting how they can benefit from our training programs.
  4. Follow-up: Follow up with leads and inquiries that require further nurturing, ensuring consistent and timely communication to maximize conversion rates.
  5. Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information obtained during conversations.
  6. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets set by the management.
  7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from potential students and parents to understand their expectations and pain points, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
  8. Coordination: Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure a streamlined process for lead management and student enrollment.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in sales, marketing, or communication will be an advantage.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and the ability to engage individuals over the phone in a confident, polite, and persuasive manner.
  3. Sales Acumen: Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales-related roles will be preferred, but freshers with a passion for sales and learning are also encouraged to apply.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential students, understand their needs, and address their concerns effectively.
  5. Goal-Oriented: A proactive and result-driven approach, with the ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
  6. Tech-savvy: Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software, and the ability to adapt to new technological tools for efficient telecalling.
